TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Docket (the “Services”), the internal conference room booking application operated by Archer Cargo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at docket.archercargo.net. By signing in you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Two other documents sit alongside these Terms and form part of your agreement with us: our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information, and our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the rules for booking rooms. Where the Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct in more detail, it governs.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
- Docket is an internal tool provided to Archer Cargo staff as a convenience, not a commercial service, and there is nothing to pay.
- A booking is not a guarantee. Rooms can be reassigned, and the Services can go down.
- You are responsible for what you enter and for activity under your account.
- Access ends with your company account, and we may suspend it for breach.
- The Services are provided “as is”, with liability limited as far as the law allows.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
In Short: Archer Cargo staff, signing in with a company account.
The Services are available only to people with a company account on an approved Archer Cargo email domain. Accounts on other domains are rejected at sign-in. You may use the Services only for Archer Cargo business and only while you are entitled to a company account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and must not share your sign-in or a signed-in device with anyone.
2. WHAT THE SERVICES ARE
In Short: A shared calendar for meeting rooms, provided as an internal convenience.
Docket lets you see when a room is free, reserve it, invite guests by email, and change or cancel what you have booked. We provide it to you at no charge as an internal workplace tool. Nothing in these Terms creates a commercial relationship, a subscription, or a contract for services, and nothing here changes the terms of your employment or engagement with Archer Cargo.
3. BOOKINGS AND ROOMS
In Short: A booking reserves a room administratively. It is not a guarantee.
A confirmed booking reserves the room for the time shown, and Docket will not let a second booking overlap it. It does not guarantee that the room, its equipment, or the building will be available: maintenance, emergencies, building access, and operational priorities can all intervene. Administrators may cancel, shorten, or reassign any booking where there is an operational need or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where practical we will tell the organizer. Book only what you intend to use, and cancel what you no longer need.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In Short: Use it for its purpose, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and any other Archer Cargo policy that applies to you. In particular, you must not attempt to access data you have not been given access to, interfere with the Services, automate access to them, or export their data outside Archer Cargo.
5. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
In Short: What you type is yours to stand behind, and we may use it to run the Services.
You are responsible for the meeting titles, descriptions, and guest addresses you enter, for their accuracy, and for your right to enter them. You grant us the right to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Services, including showing it to the colleagues described in the Privacy Policy and emailing it to the guests you invite. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not put confidential, sensitive, or personal information into a booking that does not need to be there.
6. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including their software, design, text, and marks, belong to Archer Cargo or our licensors. Your access gives you permission to use the Services for Archer Cargo business; it transfers nothing else. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except where the law says you may.
7. PRIVACY
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, we process your name and email address from your company account, the bookings you create, and the guests you invite, in order to run the room booking service.
8. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
In Short: No uptime promise, and features can change.
We may change, suspend, interrupt, or withdraw the Services, any room in them, or any feature at any time, including for maintenance and without notice. We do not promise any level of availability, and bookings can be affected by outages. For anything critical, confirm the room directly.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
In Short: Access ends with your account, and we may end it sooner.
Your access ends automatically when your Archer Cargo account ends or your email domain is no longer approved. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where we consider it necessary to protect the Services or other users. Breaches may also be handled under Archer Cargo’s ordinary employment and IT policies. When access ends, your profile and bookings are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 5 through 12 survive termination.
10. DISCLAIMERS
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any booking data will be preserved without loss.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including a missed, moved, or double-booked meeting. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
13. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THESE TERMS?
In Short: Yes, we will update these Terms as necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
